By making a booking or purchasing from Anna’s Beauty Atelier you are agreeing to the below policies.

If the details below are not up to date at time of need, consumer affair laws apply over these policies & Anna’s Beauty Atelier acknowledges these laws.

At time of writing these policies they are in line with consumer Law.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request that you give us a 24-hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This can be done on our Square appointments scheduling system, the link is sent to you via email and text message with your appointment booking confirmation. If a client fails to give a 24-hour notice, the client will be charged 50% of scheduled services for any cancellation/reschedule within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment(s). This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to any future service(s).

If a client “no shows” an appointment that is scheduled, the client will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled. Multiple “no shows” can result in the client being terminated from our business.

We allow a 5-minute grace period for any brow shaping and lash lifting appointments and 10-minute grace period for any facial appointment if you are running late. Should you arrive after those grace periods, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide your scheduled service. If we cannot accommodate you, the client will be marked as a “no show” and your card on file will be charged accordingly.

In order to service you with the best experience that we can provide, we need the full scheduled time. We ask that you arrive to your appointment on time.

As a courtesy and to help you remember your appointment, our booking system sends email reminder 2 days prior your appointment and texts – 24 hours prior the appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel we ask that you take action when receiving your reminder. 

We value your business and ask that you respect our policies.

This policy stands through any life circumstance. Including any illness.

Extra Guests/Kid Policy

Due to liability issues and limited space, children (including newborns/toddlers) are not allowed in the salon. We strive to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests and we also care about the safety of your little ones. This time is set aside for YOU only!

Return Policy

Any products purchased can be returned within 7 days of purchase, and eligible for a full return if the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

A refund or credit note will be issued for an allergic reaction, proof of reaction must be shown via a photo or coming into the salon. A replacement for a faulty product will be supplied within 14 days, provided no more than 50% of the product has been used.
